Many areas are likely to experience Thunderstorms which are often associated with lightning and potentially damaging winds.

1. To minimise the risk of being struck by lightning, avoid seeking shelter under trees. 2. Double-check that your house is less susceptible to wind damage. 3. During a thunderstorm, seek shelter in strong and spacious buildings.
