Thereafter, Chiperoni weather conditions are most likely, as a result of an intense high-pressure system expected to develop off the east coast of South Africa. This second wave of Chiperoni is likely to result in windy, cloudy conditions, isolated drizzle, patches of fog, and Mwera winds over Lake Malawi.

WARNING: Expect strong mwera winds to start blowing over Lake Malawi and other water bodies from Saturday 01st August 2026, therefore Fishermen and other lake users should exercise caution.
