Windy, cloudy and foggy conditions with isolated but locally heavy rain and thunderstorms will persist over northern areas, including parts of central and lakeshore regions, due to a weak ITCZ, while dry conditions prevail over most southern and some central areas due to the divergence of less moist south-easterlies.
